Phoebe's School Assesment
Here are some of Phoebe's art ...mostly colouring hehe ... Got some more again .. but I am soo lazy to upload (hehe ...slow bah my pc) I received her report card last week and .. hmmm she got B for Nails! Huhhh??! WTH? Is it because she scratch one of the boys the other day? Weiii .. my daughter has been bitten by her classmate last year .. so I think that boy/girl (I'm not sure who ..) should get a D in manners!!But overall her performance in school has been very good .. she get all 100% in all the subject , except for chinese she only get 70% - B (hehe .. so I got reason NOT to send her to chinese school ..). And since attending school she can speak 2 language already.. ENglish & BM. Hopefuly we can teach her to speak in Kadazan in the future.. (but surely not by us ..nobody speaks kadazan at home :( .... )

Ooppppss... something fell?
Not your typical Tuesday morning.... piggy (errr.. I meant Isaac, got too used calling him that... poor kid =p) was a bit uneasy today... he became my alarm clock screaming his lungs out... had flu since last nite...
As I was getting piggy his milk (there i go again...!), something sounded different.... liquid splashing, like a whole wave of spaghetti sauce in meat balls hit hard on the ground..... ooppps nope... just my imagination... it's just PB, puked in the other room (yuke!)..... well, there goes my breakfast....

I am very sick ....
Last night I woke up around 1am to make milk for my boy... suddenly I felt like short of breath. And in the middle of the night I was trying to find my inhaler and damm.. I couldn’t find it anywhere. I guess I make a lot of noises and A woke up and ask me what’s wrong… so I tell him I was looking for my inhaler. I am so frustrated that I cannot find it (plus all the wheezing sound .. which I hate so much that makes me cannot sleep) I went back to bed (hoping that it will subside …). Finally A woke up and helps me to find my inhaler … (hehehe maybe my wheezing is too loud that makes him cannot sleep)
Since I was pregnant with my 2nd child I was on my inhaler all the time .. 2 puff in the morning & 2 puff at night. If not … I think I would be dead by now …(really I’m not joking). Pregnant with Isaac was a bit tough compare to Phoebe .. At least with phoebe I only got asthma attack once. My friends keep on telling me to try all kinds of kampong medication … all sorts of things, e.g. eating “batman” that has been preserved, and someone said eat “anak tikus”. Yuckkkkkssss.. Isn’t that disgusting??? Totally …and I told them straight forward …”don’t ever ask me to eat anything because I don’t believe in any of that!” or simple answer.. “Bullshit!!!” .. Hahahaha … It’s because me & my brother has been with asthma since we were small (I guess it runs in the family). So my mum did try a lot of things with my brother... (Experiment ... kasian my abang) haha and it didn’t works! yaaa… tidak berkesan tu .. trust me ! Anyway my doctor said asthma is some kind of allergy. If something triggers your asthma then u will kena lahh of course .. So I guess what trigger my asthma is my 2 kids?? Hahahaha .. I am joking.
So .. tonight must remind myself not to forget my inhaler again …..

Student : Yes.
Professor : Is Satan good ?
Student : No.
Professor : Where does Satan come from ?
Student : From . . . GOD . . .

Student : Yes.
Professor : Evil is everywhere, isn't it ? And GOD did make everything. Correct?
Student : Yes.
Professor : So who created evil ?

Professor : Is there Sickness? Immorality? Hatred? Ugliness? All these terrible things exist in the World, don't they?
Student : Yes, sir.
Professor : So, who Created them ?
( Student has no answer )
Professor : Science says you have 5 Senses you use to Identify and Observe the World around you. Tell me, son . . . Have you ever Seen GOD?
Student : No, sir.
Professor : Tell us if you have ever Heard your GOD?
Student : No , sir.
Professor : Have you ever Felt your GOD, Tasted your GOD, Smelt your GOD? Have you ever had any Sensory Perception of GOD for that matter?
Student : No, sir. I'm afraid I haven't.
Professor : Yet you still Believe in HIM?
Student : Yes.
Professor : According to Empirical, Testable, Demonstrable Protocol, Science says your GOD doesn't exist. What do you say to that, son?
Student : Nothing. I only have my Faith.
Professor : Yes, Faith. And that is the Problem Science has.
Student : Professor, is there such a thing as Heat?
Professor : Yes.
Student : And is there such a thing as Cold?
Professor : Yes.
Student : No sir. There isn't.
( The Lecture Theatre becomes very quiet with this turn of events )
Student : Sir, you can have Lots of Heat, even More Heat, Superheat, Mega Heat, White Heat, a Little Heat or No Heat. But we don't have anything called Cold. We can hit 458 Degrees below Zero which is No Heat, but we can't go any further after that. There is no such thing as Cold. Cold is only a Word we use to describe the Absence of Heat. We cannot Measure Cold. Heat is Energy. Cold is Not the Opposite of Heat, sir, just the Absence of it.

Student : What about Darkness, Professor? Is there such a thing as Darkness?
Professor : Yes. What is Night if there isn't Darkness?
Student : You're wrong again, sir. Darkness is the Absence of Something. You can have Low Light, Normal Light, Bright Light, Flashing Light . . . But if you have No Light constantly, you have nothing and its called Darkness, isn't it? In reality, Darkness isn't. If it is, were you would be able to make Darkness Darker, wouldn't you?
Professor : So what is the point you are making, Young Man ?
Student : Sir, my point is your Philosophical Premise is flawed.
Professor : Flawed ? Can you explain how?
Student : Sir, you are working on the Premise of Duality. You argue there is Life and then there is Death, a Good GOD and a Bad GOD. You are viewing the Concept of GOD as something finite, something we can measure. Sir, Science can't even explain a Thought. It uses Electricity and Magnetism, but has never seen, much less fully understood either one. To view Death as the Opposite of Life is to be ignorant of the fact that Death cannot exist as a Substantive Thing. Death is Not the Opposite of Life: just the Absence of it. Now tell me, Professor, do you teach your Students that they evolved from a Monkey?
Professor : If you are referring to the Natural Evolutionary Process, yes, of course, I do.
Student : Have you ever observed Evolution with your own eyes, sir?
( The Professor shakes his head with a Smile, beginning to realize where the Argument is going )
Student : Since no one has ever observed the Process of Evolution at work and Cannot even prove that this Process is an On - Going Endeavor, Are you not teaching your Opinion, sir? Are you not a Scientist but a Preacher?
( The Class is in Uproar )
Student : Is there anyone in the Class who has ever seen the Professor's Brain?
( The Class breaks out into Laughter )
Student : Is there anyone here who has ever heard the Professor's Brain, Felt it, touched or Smelt it? . . . No one appears to have done so. So, according to the Established Rules of Empirical, Stable, Demonstrable Protocol, Science says that You have No Brain, sir. With all due respect, sir, how do we then Trust your Lectures, sir?
(The Room is Silent. The Professor stares at the Student, his face unfathomable)
Professor : I guess you'll have to take them on Faith, son.
Student : That is it sir . . . The Link between Man & GOD is FAITH. That is all that Keeps Things Moving & Alive.

It's Monday!
It’s Monday. And the weather now is drizzling and the sky is covered with cloud. And here I am sitting in my office … blogging in the morning .. hmmm (and sipping coffee of course ..) when I should be at home on my bed hugging my bolster on a day like this … But too bad its Monday .. Was thinking to take a day off, but not sure when. Anyway holidays are just around the corner .. My sister & the kids are at my parent’s home. Huhuhu .. how I miss them sooo much .. It has been a while I haven’t gone back to my parents home … hmmm not really sure why. Too complicated to say. Anyway was thinking to go back to kampong this harvest. Let the kids enjoy the companion of their cousin and mum & dad can relax .. at least for a while .. away from the polluted city …
Hmmm ya poohear .. I think we should do that?

Yayyy .. Don’t really feel like blogging this few days. Weather has been good since Saturday.. hot & sunny . Its not that I don’t like the rainy season … I just don’t like to get wet .
Well it’s just a summary updates for this few days …
1) PIL just went back to Tawau today. They were here since last Saturday to attend Flora’s funeral. May her soul rest in peace…..
2) And today also happen to be Niell’s (A’s Nephew) birthday … 9 years old right? (hehe .. correct me if I’m wrong..)
3) I hurt my right hand .. because I spank phoebe last Monday …(kasian my girl.. that day I am sooo over-done mad, and A said I “ketulahan”)
4) I was supposed to bring Phoebe to watch Narnia during the holidays, but big-butt Mummy soo lazy to go….
5) For the 100 times .. Phoebe keeps on saying that she wanted to go to Chinese school. Actually I & hub haven’t decided yet which kindy to send her…Of course they first school that comes into my mind is St Francis Convent. But if she really wants to take Chinese maybe I can think about Shan Toa.. at least it is still under the catholic mission school. Hmmm.. I know A won’t agree with that ….
Apart from that .. for the past 3 days holiday .. I just laze around the house. Screaming at phoebe , feeding my boy and watch TV the whole day …And oh ya .. I did bring phoebe to the playground last Sunday.. but she was so upset because the playground is full with other kids playing . And she didn’t even have the chance to play .. poor girl. Anyway we decided to go for a walk around the park after that.
And yess .. Tomorrow is 22nd May 2008 which meanssss ……they will be showing Indiana Jones and the Kingdom of the crystal skull… woooohooooo !!!

My Daughter ask me a Qs!
On the way to school this morning, Phoebe asks me something …
PB : Mum.. why the people park their car outside ?
Me : Ohh .. Because the mum & dad want to send their children to school... so easy loorr park outside.
(Daddy also said the same thing …)
PB: Hmmm... why didn’t park inside … soo lazy!
Me : (Laughing ..)
See.. my daughter is smarter than those people who already got their driving license. She even knows that you are actually not allowed to park your car on the emergency lane (by the roadside). She didn’t even attend Driving School but she knows the rules already … hehe …
p/s KK has a lots of crazy driver … and I wonder where did they get their license … From the photocopy shop maybe ?

666 - The Number of Beast

Lately there has been a lot of rumors regarding “666”.The first thing that came to my mind when people mention 666 is “satan” or “Something evil”, anything that is against Catholic.

Lately there has been a lot of rumors regarding “666”.The first thing that came to my mind when people mention 666 is “satan” or “Something evil”, anything that is against Catholic.
I quoted a few reading from the bible about the 666 - number of beast
Book Of Revelation
Rev 13:16 And he causeth all, both small and great, rich and poor, free and bond, to receive a mark in their right hand, or in their foreheads:
Rev 13:17 And that no man might buy or sell, save he that had the mark, or the name of the beast, or the number of his name.
Rev 13:18 Here is wisdom. Let him that hath understanding count the number of the beast: for it is the number of a man; and his number is Six hundred threescore and six.
In modern popular culture, 666 has become one of the most widely recognized symbols for Satan or the Devil.So what happen if someone took the mark of the beast of 666? What if they implant the chip? How if they “accidentally” plant the chip on you? (without you even realize?)How does the chip works ? (Easier for the Satan to track down all his “kuncu2” I guess?)
Well .. The Book of Revelation said …
Revelation 14:9-11 reads:
And the third angel followed them, saying with a loud voice, If any man worship the beast and his image, and receive his mark in his forehead, or in his hand,The same shall drink of the wine of the wrath of God, which is poured out without mixture into the cup of his indignation; and he shall be tormented with fire and brimstone in the presence of the holy angels, and in the presence of the Lamb: And the smoke of their torment ascendeth up for ever and ever: and they have no rest day nor night, who worship the beast and his image, and whosoever receiveth the mark of his name.

And the beast was taken, and with him the false prophet that wrought miracles before him, with which he deceived them that had received the mark of the beast, and them that worshipped his image. These both were cast alive into a lake of fire burning with brimstone.Revelation 19:20
And as much as I like to disbelieve and ignore it …

An imposter in the Catholic Church
Have u ever heard/read a news about a man called Ustaz Tajuddin Osman Abdullah who claimed that he was previously a Priest by the name of Ref Fr Thomas Laiden, serving in St Mary Church in KK? He claimed that currently he is attached to the so-called Unit Kristianologi of Majlis Agama Islam Melaka. By the time I have finished reading his article I am so darn angryyy .. (hmm actually it pisses me off so much !!!). Nobody knows what his real intention is by publishing such story …But I am sure he has created a “misunderstanding” between the catholic & Muslim in Malaysia …
I know this story is already a long time history, I think it was in the 80's or 90’s. The Rt. Rev Bishop Datuk John Lee has written a reply letter saying that there is no such priest.At the moment the Majlis Agama Islam Melaka is trying to get hold of this guy.. (since he claimed that he was attached with them, so I guess he is not even an Ustaz working there..). I think this guy is only one of the gardener working in St Mary Church Sandakan (ya .. that’s why I said he’s a liar .. he don’t even know where is St Mary …buduh!!)
Oh ya.. One thing this so called "Ustaz" claimed that he went to Rome and debated with the late Pope John Paul II regarding the misinterpretation of Catholic Teachings!! WTH?? So what language are they using? .. Since he is a Suluk who cant speaks English??? Tambiranggggg …..
